3. साधना प्रयोग विधि (Method of Practice)

हिंदी: यह एक अत्यंत गुप्त और संवेदनशील साधना है। इसकी विधि निम्नलिखित है:

• स्थान: यह साधना केवल श्मशान भूमि, नदी के किनारे या किसी अत्यंत एकांत स्थान पर ही की जानी चाहिए जहाँ कोई अन्य व्यक्ति हस्तक्षेप न करे।

• समय अवधि: इस साधना की कुल अवधि 11 दिन है।

• नियम: साधक को पूर्ण ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन करना चाहिए और केवल सात्विक या साधना के विशिष्ट नियमों के अनुसार आहार लेना चाहिए। रात्रि के समय मंत्र जाप और हवन का विधान होता है।
