स्त्री नजरबंदी वशीकरण प्रक्रिया का विवरण (Description of the Process)

1. साधना का स्थान और समय (Location and Timing of Practice)

इस साधना को सिद्ध करने के लिए साधक को लगातार तीन रातों तक किसी एकांत रास्ते या मार्ग पर बैठकर मंत्र का अभ्यास करना होता है। यह एकांत में की जाने वाली साधना है।

To master this practice, the practitioner must sit on a lonely road or path for three consecutive nights to practice the mantra. This is a ritual performed in solitude.

2. आहार संबंधी नियम (Dietary Restrictions)

साधना के उन तीन दिनों के दौरान, साधक के लिए कड़े आहार नियमों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है। इन दिनों मछली और गोमांस का सेवन पूरी तरह से वर्जित यानी मना है।

During those three days of practice, it is mandatory for the practitioner to follow strict dietary rules. The consumption of fish and beef is strictly prohibited during this period.

3. वर्जित दिन (Prohibited Days)

इस विशेष मंत्र का पाठ या अभ्यास करने के लिए सप्ताह के दो दिन पूरी तरह से निषेध हैं। रविवार और गुरुवार को इस मंत्र का पाठ किसी भी स्थिति में नहीं करना चाहिए।

Two days of the week are strictly prohibited for reciting or practicing this specific mantra. Under no circumstances should this mantra be recited on Sundays and Thursdays.

4. प्रयोग की विधि (Method of Application)

यदि कोई स्त्री बात न मानती हो या पति-पत्नी के बीच अनबन चल रही हो, तो इस विधि का प्रयोग किया जाता है। इसके लिए दोनों का एक साथ बैठना आवश्यक है। जब वे एक स्थान पर बैठकर चर्चा या बातचीत (आलाप-आलोचना) कर रहे हों, तब इसका प्रयोग होता है।

This method is used if a woman does not listen or if there is discord between husband and wife. For this, it is necessary for both to sit together. It is applied while they are sitting in one place, engaging in discussion or conversation.

5. सफलता का पैमाना (Criteria for Success)

बातचीत के दौरान मन ही मन या निर्धारित विधि से मंत्र को 15 से 20 बार पाठ करना होता है। ऐसा करने से, जो व्यक्ति (पति या पत्नी) इस मंत्र का प्रयोग कर रहा है, दूसरा पक्ष उसकी बात मानने लगता है और आपसी विवाद कम हो जाता है।

During the conversation, the mantra must be recited 15 to 20 times mentally or as per the prescribed method. By doing so, the other person begins to listen to the one (husband or wife) who is practicing the mantra, and mutual disputes are resolved.
