सामग्री संग्रहण (Procuring the Material)

किसी भी शुक्रवार के दिन, आपको ऐसी दुकान पर जाना है जहाँ दुकानदार आपको न जानता हो। कोशिश करें कि आप उस दुकान के पहले ग्राहक (बोनी) हों। बिना किसी मोलभाव के एक दाम में सरसों का तेल खरीदें। दुकानदार से अनावश्यक बात न करें। इस तेल में से 250 ग्राम तेल एक कांच के पात्र (शीशे के बर्तन) में निकालकर अलग रख लें।

Material Collection: On any Friday, go to a shop where the shopkeeper does not know you. Try to be the first customer of the day. Purchase mustard oil at a fixed price without any bargaining. Avoid unnecessary conversation with the shopkeeper. Take 250 grams of this oil and keep it separately in a glass container.

साधना विधि (Ritual Procedure)

यह साधना लगातार 21 दिनों तक करनी है। साधना का समय रात्रि 9:00 बजे का होगा और आपकी दिशा उत्तर होनी चाहिए। लाल आसन पर बैठें और लाल वस्त्र धारण करें। सबसे पहले गणेश जी को प्रणाम करें और तिल के तेल का दीपक प्रज्वलित करें। अब कांच के पात्र में रखे तेल को सिद्ध करने के लिए मंत्र का 51 बार जाप करें। जहाँ मंत्र में 'अमुकी' शब्द आए, वहाँ उस स्त्री का नाम लें। हर बार मंत्र पूरा होने पर तेल पर एक फूंक मारें।

Ritual Method: This practice must be performed continuously for 21 days. The timing should be 9:00 PM, facing the North direction. Sit on a red mat and wear red clothes. First, offer prayers to Lord Ganesha and light a lamp using sesame oil. Now, to consecrate the mustard oil in the glass jar, chant the mantra 51 times. Replace the word 'Amuki' in the mantra with the name of the woman. Blow once on the oil after every completion of the mantra.

उपयोग करने का तरीका (How to Use)

21 दिनों की साधना के बाद तेल सिद्ध हो जाएगा। सोने से पहले इस सिद्ध तेल को क्रीम की तरह अपने चेहरे पर लगाएं। इसके बाद थोड़ा सा तेल अपने बाएं हाथ में लेकर अपनी बाईं छाती पर मालिश (लेपन) करें। मालिश करते समय मंत्र का 11 बार जाप करें। मालिश करते-करते ही उस महिला का ध्यान करते हुए सो जाएं।

How to Use: After 21 days of practice, the oil will become consecrated. Before sleeping, apply this oil on your face like a cream. Then, take a small amount of oil in your left hand and massage it onto the left side of your chest. While massaging, chant the mantra 11 times. Fall asleep while meditating on the thoughts of that woman during the process.
