Tantric Procedure for the Sale of Barren Land and Ruined Buildings

1. सामग्री और तैयारी (Preparation and Materials)

सबसे पहले जिस भूमि अथवा जिस मकान का विक्रय करना है या जिसका विक्रय बाधित हो रहा है, वहां से लगभग 3 से 4 किलो मिट्टी लेकर आएं। इसे शनिवार के दिन अपने घर के किसी एकांत कमरे में रखें। First, collect about 3 to 4 kg of soil from the specific land or house that you wish to sell or whose sale is being obstructed. On a Saturday, place this soil in a secluded room in your house.

2. स्थापना (Setting up the Ritual)

मिट्टी को एक चबूतरे का आकार दें। दक्षिण दिशा की ओर मुख करके बैठें और उस मिट्टी के चबूतरे पर भगवान भैरव का चित्र स्थापित करें। यदि चित्र न हो, तो एक बड़े काले जायफल (जिसे भैरव जायफल कहा जाता है) को भगवान भैरव का स्वरूप मानकर स्थापित करें। Shape the soil into a small raised platform (chabutara). Sit facing the South direction and place an idol or picture of Lord Bhairava on the soil platform. Alternatively, you can use a large black nutmeg (known as Bhairava Jaiphal) as a representation of Lord Bhairava.

3. तेल सिद्ध करने की प्रक्रिया (Process of Consecrating the Oil)

लगभग 100 ग्राम सरसों का तेल लें। भगवान भैरव का ध्यान करते हुए, लगातार 7 दिनों तक प्रतिदिन 108 बार निर्धारित मंत्र का जाप करके इस तेल को सिद्ध करें। Take approximately 100 grams of mustard oil. While meditating on Lord Bhairava, consecrate this oil by chanting the prescribed mantra 108 times daily for 7 consecutive days.

4. अर्पण विधि (The Offering)

जाप के दौरान सिद्ध किए हुए तेल को उस मिट्टी के चबूतरे या जायफल पर धीरे-धीरे अर्पित करें। यह पूरी क्रिया शनिवार से शुरू होकर अगले 7 दिनों तक नियमित रूप से करनी चाहिए। During the ritual, offer the consecrated oil onto the soil platform or the nutmeg. This entire process must be performed regularly for 7 days, starting from Saturday.

5. समापन (Conclusion)

7 दिन की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होने के बाद, उस समस्त मिट्टी को वापस ले जाकर उसी स्थान (भूमि या मकान) पर रख दें जहाँ से आप उसे लाए थे। After completing the 7-day ritual, take all the soil back and place it exactly at the location (the land or house) from where it was originally collected.

6. संभावित लाभ (Expected Benefit)

माना जाता है कि इस विधि और मंत्र के प्रभाव से उस भूमि या भवन की बिक्री में आने वाली सभी बाधाएं शीघ्र ही दूर हो जाती हैं और संपत्ति का विक्रय संपन्न होता है। It is believed that through the power of this procedure and the mantra, all obstacles hindering the sale of the land or building will soon be removed, leading to a successful sale.
